The Lincolnshire Rising: began at Louth St James' Church on 1st October 1536

Local Lincolnshire Historian Nicola Hallam completed an MSc research project on the Lincolnshire Rising 1536.

In this fascinating expert presentation, Nicola will list many of those who took part in the Rising, their professions and where they lived in the county. She'll also give a day-by-day record of events, detailing how and where it started, how it progressed, its conclusion and the outcome and fall out.

£3 entry per person.

The Village Hall will be open from 7pm for drinks, sandwiches and snacks.
