About the event
Lincolnshire based historian Dr Caitlin Green will give a talk, details to be announced later.
Historian, archaeologist and writer whose professional interests lie in the history, archaeology, place-names and literature of late Roman and early medieval Britain. She completed her doctoral thesis at the University of Oxford in 2011 and is the author of a number of books including Concepts of Arthur (2007), The Origins of Louth: Archaeloogy and History in East Lincolnshire 400,000BC to AD1086 (2014), The Streets of Louth: an A–Z history (2014) and Britons and Anglo-Saxons: Lincolnshire AD 400-650 (2019).
Her latest publication is: Land on the Edge: The Landscape Evolution of the Lincolnshire Coastline (2023)
The Village Hall will be open from 6.30pm for food and drink, with the talk starting at 7.30pm
